Race To Shine is a training, race preparation, and performance analysis application designed for endurance athletes. The App allows users to:

• Create and analyze workouts and routes

• Manage race-related data

• View performance metrics

• Connect third-party devices and services

The App is provided for informational and training support purposes only.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under the age required by your local laws, you must have parental or guardian consent.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and current information.

5. Health & Medical Disclaimer

The App does NOT provide medical advice.

All training metrics, analytics, and insights are informational only. Always consult a qualified medical professional before starting or modifying a training program. Use of the App is at your own risk.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of all data you upload, including workouts, routes, and performance metrics.

By using the App, you grant Race To Shine a limited, non-exclusive license to process this data solely to provide and improve the service.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the App or disrupt its operation

• Reverse engineer or copy the App

• Upload unlawful, harmful, or misleading content

8. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party services (e.g., wearables, fitness platforms).

Race To Shine is not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or data accuracy.

9. Intellectual Property

All App content, trademarks, designs, and software are the property of Race To Shine or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws.

10. Termination

Access to the App may be suspended or terminated if these Terms are violated.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Race To Shine is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

12. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
